Payment Schedule

• At the time of booking: 25% of the total tour cost or applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Within 45 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost or applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Within 30 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost or applicable cancellation charges (whichever is higher). Non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Within 20 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

Important Notes

• Full payment for air tickets is required at the time of issuance.

• Any non-refundable services included in the package must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• The payment policy is strictly non-negotiable and must be followed as outlined.

• The schedule may vary depending on destination, travel dates, peak season, or special events. Confirm with your Travogy sales representative before booking.
